Established in the year 1988, we, “Pak Pharmaceutical Packages (Pvt.) Limited.” are eminent manufacturer of Aluminium ROPP (Roll On Pilfer Proof) bottle caps. Our products are manufactured using supreme quality raw materials that ensures their long service life. We offer our products in internationally accepted standards that are reliable for their smooth functioning on bottle sealing lines to ensure seal tight packaging and pilfer proofing of bottle contents.

Since the foundation of Pak Pharmaceutical Packages (Pvt.) Limited in 1988 by Late Mr. Ghulam Hussain, company has strived to produce best quality Aluminium Closures in Pakistan. During this course of transition, we have moved forward in terms of technology, adopting changing trends and implementation of latest business practices in packaging industry to meet the challenges of increasing customer’s expectation, quality parameters and global competition. Production Facilities
High Speed Multi Cavity Presses
All the manufacturing of ROPP closures starts with punching on high-speed multi cavity presses with tremendous capacity of drawing caps with accuracy and performance.
For each cap size we have multiple separate lines for higher output and time saving. We are the only manufacturer in Pakistan using 13 cavity dies for making 25mm RO Caps.
The spare cavities and spare parts along with In-house workshop are always in back up to ensure continuous production flow.
CNC Presses
In order to meet the special size requirements of cap sizes, we have installed CNC presses. The can be programmed and stored according to specified size with single or double head molds.
We have facility of manufacturing deep drawn caps using these machines which can be embossed and side chamfered according to customer’s requirements. We have installed Production Capacity of 1.2 to 1.5 million various size closures in 8 hours shift.
Knurling & Wadding Machines
The knurling and bead making on caps are done on 8 head rotary machines, perforation and embossing a sequence of small strings on cap top for strong grip while opening of bottle top. The rotaries are integrated through automatic elevators and conveyors which directly carry caps to 4 head wad fitting machines thus making it completely synchronized, safe from foreign contamination and continuous in production.
Environment Safety:
Modern adaptation is very important in today’s scenario to comply with the changing trends in any field of the life but protecting environment is even more important for humans and in fact for all living creatures. We, at, Pak Pharmaceutical Packages (Pvt.) Limited try our level best to keep the working environment neat and tidy for the efficient working of employees and no toxic waste is produced during cap manufacturing. Our Company is ISO 9001 and 14001 certified.
Alternative Energy:
In order to supply on time deliveries to our customers and keeping in view the energy short-fall we have 2 Stand by Generators and Solar Power Generation, capable of supplying power to whole production unit to ensure achievement of our production targets. We also consume LPG as an alternative to Natural Gas.
Integrated Production Facilities
We develop all sizes of ROPP closures, required by our customers and in this course of production, different stages are divided and separated in designated halls. The unit premises consist of 65280 ft² with 44850 ft² covered area. With backward integration, production procedures from artwork designing, plate making and décor of aluminium sheets to final dispatch of finished good are done in-house. We have fully equipped workshop for R&D, related machinery fabrication and die manufacturing.
Prompt & Timely Delivery
The importance of time and meeting the expectations of our clients is well understood in our company. Orders are executed according to the customer’s requirement and prioritized on basis of urgency and delivery schedule. Finished good are timely placed in store for delivery. Regarding the batch documentation and traceability we keep samples out of each shipment for record, retention period is at least 2 years.
